Immersive imaging creates the perception of being physically present in a non-physical world. Viewers can look where they want, go where they want, and focus on what they want, allowing them to craft their own journey and make their own discoveries.

This is achieved by stitching and connecting multiple images of different perspectives of a given area (around the space, including in the air from the drone).

We offer a bespoke solution to all of our projects. When buying a custom suit, you have unlimited options: you can pick the material, the colour, the fit, the cut, the buttons, the thread, etc.

Our work is very similar. Once we get a good grasp on what your project's goals are, we will work with you to design a totally custom experience. When all is said and done, there will be nothing else like it in the world: a 1 of 1.

Our office is located in Burnaby, BC, but is not open to the public. 100% of communications and meetings are done either virtually or at the client's location, and we are happy to travel wherever is needed to meet the needs of your project.

Viscape 360 offers a standardized travel rate to locations within the lower mainland, but national and international travel can be arranged.

If this is your first time contacting us, the best method is to use the contact form in the 'Contact Us' section of our website. This allows us to do some research on you and your project, equipping us with the information we need to deliver value to your project from the start. We will contact you back within 12 hours to arrange a phone or video call.

Our projects represent a bespoke solution to your needs. As customized and modelled to you as a designer suit, we will plan each and every aspect of your project to achieve a 'perfect fit' when all is said and done.

We will do our best to work within your budget and will make sure that we reach an agreeable quote and plan before you have to commit to the project. The sales process is hassle and commitment-free.

Limited-scope projects can run as little as $2,500, but our complete packages start around $5,000 and average around $12,000.

Viscape 360 may offer a promotion on our services from time to time, but this is rare. Instead, we prefer to identify and build projects with a strong impact on the client's bottom line. In many cases, a well-integrated project will achieve a positive ROI within the first 10 months.

The only fee on top of our services is 5% GST, which is required by law.

Online hosting (for immersive/interactive experiences) starts at $20/month billed in increments of 1 year, and includes unlimited support as well as the option to upgrade to monthly analytics reports.

Hosting services are optional, and you can host your project with your own service provider if you wish, but note that fast server speeds in conjunction with a CDN is recommended in order to meet the bandwidth requirements of our immersive projects, and we are unable to offer our in-depth analytics reports when a third party hosts the project.

Good environmental stewardship is one of our key priorities. Our business operations are 100% carbon neutral, as we invest in renewable energy projects that prevent as much carbon from entering the atmosphere as we produce through business travel and energy usage.

Your satisfaction is important to us, which is why we prioritize building trust, being transparent, and staying honest with our clients.

We strive to achieve a shared vision with our customers before any services are executed. As part of the process, we will create a storyboard for your project, collaborate with you to ensure that it reflects your goals, and develop a contract that clearly states the KSFs (key success factors) of the job.

These documents remove any ambiguity, and allow first-time clients to feel confident about their decision to let us tell their story. After the job, we will review the contract with you to ensure that all KSFs have been achieved - if not, we're happy to make it right, free of charge.

In an effort to help small businesses, we created our 'Small Business Essentials' package, which includes a suite of still images as well as an immersive Google Street View photo to help you market your business. This package is proven to improve ranking on Google Search, and gives you a variety of professional images for use in advertising, social media, and on your website.
