Tourism Video of a Kootenay Campground
We shot a fun-filled promo video for a mountain campground.
The Goal
Camp Valhalla sits on the gorgeous Summit Lake in BC's Kootenay Mountains. Under a new name, new branding, and new ownership, Camp Valhalla was looking to update their online presence with a fun-filled promotional short video.
The Process
Viscape 360 stayed onsite overnight (thanks to the gracious owners), which allowed us to capture the grounds in a variety of lighting conditions including midday, sunset/golden hour, after dark, and in the morning. A few hours of shooting around the camp and 2 drone flights provided ample footage - all in 4K or higher resolution - for the final edit.
The Result
Short and sweet, the Camp Valhalla promo video packs a variety of fun-filled drone and camera shots into 55 seconds, and is set to an upbeat song that resonates with the client's brand. This little project was a lot of fun!
